The goal of Operation Mojo for Principals is to develop more successful students, who are proud of their school, wish to be the catalyst for positive change, and want to demonstrate their ever-evolving leadership skills to the school, on the athletic field, in their community, at home and with their peers. In addition, Operation Mojo is designed to achieve the following goals:

Improved communication with faculty, students and parents
Increase in overall student body GPA
Greater involvement in the community
Stronger athletic programs/achievements
More mature student body with higher self-esteem, confidence, winning morale/attitude
More acute leadership abilities
Establishment of mentoring programs
